Nawal Kishor Raut , Chaitra 29 | Nepal National Secondary School (Technical Stream), located at Manwa Bazaar, Ward No. 9 of Parsagadhi Municipality, successfully organized its annual results publication and prize distribution program with grandeur. The event, chaired by former School Management Committee Chairperson Durga Lamichhane, announced the results of the annual examinations for the academic session 2082. The program witnessed notable participation from parents, teachers, and local stakeholders.
In the program, Sweta Yadav, a Grade 9 (Technical Stream) student, secured the first position in the school with an outstanding GPA of 3.97. As a reward, she was awarded a bicycle, according to Principal Chetman Prasad Das. Similarly, a total of 40 students—from Early Childhood Development to Grade 9—were awarded educational materials and stationery, with four top-performing students selected from each class.
A total of 30 teachers were honored for their significant contribution to the school’s academic progress. Among those recognized were Baleshwar Chaudhary, Saroj Chaudhary, Laxmi Dhakal, Nira Paudel, Surendra Garau, Shyam Khawas, Mamata Mahato, and Ruby Chaudhary, among others. They were felicitated with traditional scarves, garlands, and diaries. Additionally, parents and well-wishers who contributed to the school’s development were also awarded certificates of appreciation.
Speaking at the event, educationist and former principal Bhagwat Prasad Tharu emphasized that technical education plays a vital role in transforming society. He highlighted the importance of cooperation between schools and parents in strengthening students’ foundations. District Chairperson of Education Journalists, Pramod Yadav, expressed happiness over the school’s progress and stated that it has established a distinct identity in terms of educational quality within the district.
Principal Chetman Prasad Chaudhary stated that the school’s success is the result of collective efforts and expressed commitment to further promoting technology-friendly education in the future. He also emphasized the importance of continuous support from parents.
The program featured remarks from Ward No. 1 Chairperson Rajkumar Khawas, teacher Baleshwar Chaudhary, social workers Brijmohan Chaudhary and Krishna Prasad Tiwari, and Ward Member Hriday Narayan Garau, among others. The event began with a welcome speech by Assistant Principal Laxmi Dhakal and was hosted by Ram Bilash Sah.
