Parsa: The Dip Narayan Panchgawa Multiple Campus, located within the premises of Shree Dip Narayan Adarsha Model Secondary School in Shripur (Auraha) Panchgawa, Sakhuwa Prasauni Rural Municipality–2, Parsa, has started offering BBA and BPAM programs.

According to campus chief and professor Shivnath Prasad Tharu, the campus has launched the Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) and Bachelor of Public Administration and Management (BPAM) programs after receiving recognition from Madhesh University, Birgunj.

The campus said the programs were introduced with the objective of providing students from rural areas with opportunities to pursue higher education closer to their homes. Professor Tharu said the new programs were also launched to expand access to undergraduate education in rural areas of Parsa outside Birgunj Metropolitan City.

According to him, students from rural areas often have to travel to Birgunj and other cities for higher education, creating additional financial burdens related to transportation, accommodation, food and other expenses. The campus has therefore made arrangements for students to study BBA and BPAM near their homes at comparatively lower costs.

“Because students are compelled to go to cities for higher education, many are unable to pursue undergraduate studies despite wanting to. Our objective is to provide access to quality higher education in the village itself, keeping the financial situation of students and their parents in mind,” Professor Tharu said.

The campus also said it is preparing to operate bus services for students coming from distant areas. The service is expected to make education more accessible to students from Sakhuwa Prasauni Rural Municipality as well as neighboring local levels and rural communities.

The campus said Shripur Panchgawa, also known as Auraha Panchgawa, is gradually developing into an important educational center in the rural area. With undergraduate programs now available closer to home, students and parents are expected to save both time and money.

Campus chief Tharu said classes for both BBA and BPAM are being prepared to be conducted by experienced and subject-specialized professors. The campus plans to create an academic environment focused on regular classes, practical knowledge, and skills related to management and administration.

According to the campus, the BBA program will provide students with an academic foundation in business, management, banking, finance, entrepreneurship and the private sector. Similarly, the BPAM program will focus on developing knowledge and skills required in public administration, management, and government and non-government sectors.

The campus has urged students, parents and members of the local community to make use of the undergraduate education opportunities available locally and complete the admission process on time.
